About the role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Paid Social, you will play a key role in launching, managing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be developing impactful strategies to boost brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement across social media platforms.

As a part of our in-house marketing agency, you’ll support the Ashley Home brand, working collaboratively to deliver results-driven campaigns that make a measurable impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented marketer to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you’ll be doing: 

Campaign Launch: 

  • Plan and execute the launch of paid social media ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing goals. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content, including visuals and copy that reflects the brand’s voice. 
  • Configure campaign settings, including targeting, budgets, and scheduling, to maximize ad performance from the outset. 

Campaign Management: 

  • Continuously monitor and manage live campaigns to ensure they are performing optimally. Adjust campaign strategies as needed based on performance data and changing market trends. Work within budget constraints to allocate funds effectively across campaigns and platforms for maximum ROI. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Regularly collect and analyze performance data for all active campaigns. 
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and ROI. 
  • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend adjustments to campaign strategies based on data insights. 

Budget Management: 

  • Oversee the budget for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for optimal campaign performance. 
  • Track spending and manage budgets to avoid overspending and maximize campaign effectiveness. 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure paid social strategies are cohesive with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure ad materials are on-brand and effective in engaging the target audience.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
    • Proven success in driving ROI-positive paid social campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
    • Familiarity with all relevant native Paid Social platform tools and UIs.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
    • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Work Style & Environment:
    • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment with the ability to quickly adapt, iterate, and take ownership of additional projects as needed.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer with a passion for Paid Social and a proven ability to deliver impactful e-commerce campaigns in dynamic environments.
