Lead data-driven growth initiatives end-to-end: design and run experiments across acquisition channels, optimize funnel metrics (LTV:CAC, payback), scale paid media, analyze results with SQL and analytics tools, partner cross-functionally, and establish growth processes and reporting.
About the Role
RequirementsWho You Are
We’re looking for a data-obsessed, experiment-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. You’ll identify high-leverage growth opportunities, design and launch experiments across the funnel, and scale the channels that move the needle fastest.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the Head of Growth / VP Marketing / CMO.
- Own end-to-end growth initiatives: hypothesis → experiment design → execution → analysis → iteration or scaling
- Run multi-channel campaigns (paid social, paid search, affiliates, partnerships, email/SMS, referrals, content/SEO, lifecycle, etc.)
- Build and optimize the acquisition funnel with a relentless focus on ROI, LTV:CAC, payback period, and magic moment activation
- Deep-dive into data using SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap, Google Analytics 4, and BI tools to uncover insights and opportunities
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams to launch growth features and tests
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
- Lead creative strategy and work with agencies/freelancers to produce high-converting assets
- Establish growth processes: weekly experiment cadence, growth meeting rhythm, OKRs, reporting dashboards
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new channels, tools, and tactics
RequirementsWho You Are
- 4–8 years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience (startup or scale-up environment strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth (share specific metrics you’ve achieved: e.g., 3x’d signups, reduced CAC by 40%, scaled spend profitably from $100K → $2M/mo)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 major paid channels; experience taking a channel from $0 → $1M+/mo profitable spend is a big plus
- Analytical powerhouse: fluent in SQL, comfortable with statistical significance, A/B testing frameworks, and attribution modeling
- Experience with modern growth tools (Amplitude, Segment, Braze/Iterable, Northbeam/Triple Whale, Motion, Creative testing platforms, etc.)
- Bias for speed and experimentation; you’ve run 100+ tests and can show what worked and (more importantly) what didn’t
- Excellent communicator who can rally cross-functional teams and present insights to executives
- Scrappy, creative, and low-ego — you’ll wear many hats and move fast
