The Story

Every company is becoming a fintech. Mural is the global account layer that powers their financial stack.

As companies expand globally, holding, moving, and reconciling money becomes slow, fragmented, and fragile. At the same time, leading businesses want to turn financial operations from a cost center into a growth and revenue driver.

Our goal is to build the financial primitives that power the world's largest global businesses and platforms.

This is infrastructure that matters. And we need someone to find, activate, and scale the channels that bring the right builders to our door.

What You'll Do

You'll be our first Growth & Marketing hire—which means you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it. You'll work directly with our founders to shape how Mural shows up in the world, how we communicate our vision across two of our most important markets, and how you turn that narrative into a repeatable engine for qualified pipeline.

You'll focus on three core areas, with the opportunity to expand greatly:

1. Growth Strategy & Channel Activation

You'll own the full growth funnel—from identifying the highest-leverage acquisition channels to running experiments that prove what works and cutting what doesn't. This means structured testing across outbound, inbound, partnerships, SEO, paid, and community—with a clear hypothesis, a measurement framework, and a bias toward speed.

You'll build the dashboards and attribution models that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes in both the US and LatAm. Not vanity metrics—qualified leads, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and CAC. You'll be the person in the room who can say with confidence: "This channel is working, here's why, and here's how we double down."

You'll also identify and activate partner channels—fintech platforms, embedded finance players, regional accelerators, and distribution partners across Latin America—turning relationships into referral pipelines.

2. Events & Conferences

You'll lead our presence at major fintech and infrastructure conferences across the US and Latin America—think Money 20/20 and Fintech Meetup in the US, alongside Fintech Americas, Stablecon, Mexico Fintech Week, and more. Every conference we attend should generate real, measurable pipeline. You'll design the strategy, coordinate logistics, host side events, and track outcomes rigorously.

You'll also build out our own event series—intimate dinners, product demos, and founder meetups—in New York and key LatAm cities. We want to be the company bringing together the people building the future of global finance, and every event should feed directly into the funnel.

3. Content, Social & Media

You'll own our LinkedIn strategy and broader social presence across English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. You'll create content that's sharp, human, and speaks directly to the CTOs, finance leads, and founders we're trying to reach—then use AI tools to distribute it at scale without losing authenticity. The tone is never corporate. It's direct, narrative-driven, and focused on the why behind what we're building.

You'll also drive our media strategy in both regions—securing podcast appearances and press in outlets like CNBC and Forbes, while building relationships with leading LatAm fintech media and positioning our leadership as the definitive voice on global financial infrastructure.

You're a builder who measures everything. You don't just run campaigns—you design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate fast. You treat growth as a discipline: hypothesis, test, learn, scale. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet building a funnel model as you are writing a LinkedIn post or running a side event at a conference.

You're AI-native and execution-obsessed. You use the latest tools to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality. You're ridiculously organized and thrive in ambiguity—whether you're optimizing an outbound sequence, coordinating a conference in São Paulo, or jamming with founders on positioning strategy.

You're great with people—in any room, in any language

  • Inbound pipeline grows consistently in both the US and LatAm as a direct result of your work

  • Our LinkedIn and social presence becomes a magnet for the right customers and talent across both markets—in English and Spanish

  • We're the fintech infrastructure company everyone's talking about at Money 20/20, Fintech Americas, and everywhere else that matters in both hemispheres

  • You've built systems and processes that scale beyond you—templates, playbooks, dashboards, a content engine that keeps running across geographies

Why Now

We're at an inflection point. We have the product, the customers, the traction, and the capital—in the US and across Latin America. What we need now is someone to amplify the signal in both markets simultaneously: to make sure that every company that needs our infrastructure, from New York to Santiago, knows that Mural exists, understands what we do, and wants to build with us.

You'll be working directly with our C-Suite, shaping strategy in real-time, and having an outsized impact on how this company grows across two of the most dynamic fintech markets in the world. If you execute, this role can grow into leading an entire marketing function as we scale.
