As Growth Platform Manager, you will lead the AFH EPDM portfolio roadmap and communications strategy, driving growth through strategic planning, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. You will compose the long-term vision for the AFH business, translating insights into actionable plans that strengthen brand equity, accelerate performance, and improve our go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap and portfolio communication plans for the AFH EPDM business.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and emerging trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Steer the end-to-end innovation process - from concept and product development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Optimize existing portfolio performance through commercial innovation, phasing out underperforming SKUs to drive profitability.
- Partner with the AFH director of platform to advance our marketing transformation agenda, chipping in to capability building, team development, and thought leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal and external senior partners, ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities.

Qualifications & Experience
- A Master's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, innovation, or commercial management, ideally within FMCG or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to translate data into insights and business cases.
- Skilled in simplifying complex information and communicating clearly across functions.
- Experience managing external partners, including media and creative agencies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive, entrepreneurial outlook.
- Proficiency in English ( additional languages are an advantage).
- A valid EU work permit (Orientation Year Visa not included).
