This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with deep on-chain fluency. The successful candidate will identify key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support the optimization of capital deployment to increase Total Value Locked (TVL).

Key Responsibilities

  • LP Outreach and Acquisition: Identify and approach high-value liquidity providers, including institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales.

  • Value Proposition Design: Structure compelling narratives and value propositions tailored to different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native).
  • Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with key LPs, providing onboarding support, yield optimization guidance, and escalation handling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Business Development and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages.
  • Performance Tracking: Manage the LP pipeline and provide regular reporting on TVL attribution resulting from growth initiatives.
  • Functional Growth: Operate as a self-starter to build the liquidity provider growth function from the ground up.

Requirements
  • Dual Fluency: Proven ability to navigate institutional relationship conversations while remaining fluent in on-chain mechanics (e.g., on-chain data, loop strategies, token mechanics, and risk parameters).
  • Professional Experience: Background in capital markets, treasury, or institutional business development within the DeFi sector or the intersection of TradFi and DeFi.
  • Strategic Network: A strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing liquidity targets.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: The ability to function independently and build out new processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inclusive Mindset: Our client views every team member as a unique individual and is committed to fostering a safe, diverse, and valued workforce. Candidates who may not meet every single criterion but possess unique, relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

Our client provides a comprehensive compensation package designed to reward long-term contribution and performance:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Commensurate with experience and seniority.
