About the Position

We are looking for a RevOps & GTM Automation Manager to own and scale Obligo’s go-to-market infrastructure across both core revenue operations and automation systems.

Reporting to the VP Revenue & Operations, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Product. This is a dual-focus role: owning the foundation of RevOps (CRM, data integrity, pipeline management, and reporting) while also designing and building automated GTM systems that reduce manual work and increase execution velocity across the funnel.

You will be responsible for HubSpot as the central source of truth, ensuring CRM hygiene, data consistency, and reliable reporting across the organization. At the same time, you will own Obligo’s GTM automation layer, including building AI agents, integrating tools, and creating workflows that power lead generation, qualification, onboarding, and expansion.

This role requires someone who can operate with rigor on the RevOps side while also thinking like a systems builder, identifying bottlenecks in our GTM motion and replacing them with scalable, intelligent solutions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is both operationally disciplined and excited to leverage AI and automation to transform how revenue teams operate.

ResponsibilitiesGTM Automation & AI Systems
  • Design and build automated workflows across the full GTM lifecycle (lead generation, qualification, outreach, onboarding, expansion, and retention)
  • Develop and deploy AI agents to augment Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing workflows
  • Identify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with scalable, intelligent automation
  • Identify high-impact use cases for AI across the GTM funnel and prioritize accordingly
  • Build and maintain integrations between core systems (CRM, enrichment tools, analytics, AI tools)
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to integrate AI into internal GTM workflows and customer-facing processes
  • Continuously iterate on automation systems based on performance and feedback
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven tools and processes across the GTM organization

Revenue Operations, CRM & GTM Enablement

  • Own and administer HubSpot as the central CRM, ensuring it remains a clean, reliable, and scalable source of truth
  • Define and enforce CRM hygiene standards, including data structure, field governance, deduplication, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting infrastructure
  • Define and track key GTM metrics (conversion, velocity, retention, expansion)
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all GTM systems and tools
  • Audit and continuously improve CRM usage and adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, and cross-functional handoffs across the funnel
  • Enable GTM teams with tools, dashboards, and training to operate effectively
  • Provide visibility into performance, bottlenecks, and opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM operations, or hands-on GTM automation and systems-building roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools and agent-based systems, with the ability to build and apply them to real GTM workflows is a must
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including administration, data modeling, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong track record of maintaining CRM hygiene and data integrity at scale
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows
  • Hands-on experience building automation systems and integrations (CRM, APIs, workflow tools)
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
