About the Role

As a GTM Engineer at Zoe Financial, you’ll be the connective tissue between sales, product, marketing, and data — building, automating, and optimizing the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the technical infrastructure that supports our revenue teams, ensuring they can operate at peak efficiency and scale without friction.

From designing lead routing logic to building self-serve dashboards, to integrating marketing and sales platforms, you’ll turn strategy into execution. This role blends sales ops, marketing ops, and rev tech engineering — perfect for someone who loves both the strategy and the hands-on build work.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to translate GTM strategy into scalable processes, tools, and automations.
  • Own our GTM tech stack — evaluate, implement, and integrate tools like, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, AdvizorPro, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize lead routing, scoring, and segmentation rules.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that give revenue teams actionable insights in real-time.
  • Automate manual workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems.
  • Work closely with the data team to surface insights that inform targeting, messaging, and prioritization.
  • Serve as the go-to problem solver for GTM systems — diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years in sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar GTM technical role.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM tools.
  • Strong HubSpot admin skills; bonus points for API experience and SQL.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations and action.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excited to work in-office daily alongside sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Why You’ll Love Working at Zoe

  • A successful, well-funded, fast-growing company redefining wealth management.
  • A leadership team and board with deep industry and startup experience.
  • Opportunity to work cross-functionally and directly influence GTM strategy.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity.
  • 2 weeks PTO + healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k), commuter & gym benefits.
  • Breakfast on Tuesdays & lunch on Fridays in-office.

Benefits

    • Estimated Base Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 + annual bonus, depending on experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education.
    • Healthcare, Dental & Vision Coverage.
    • Commuting & Gym benefits.
    • 401(K).
    • Opportunity to shape the culture of a fast-growing company as an early team member.
    • Annual company offsite in New York City for our Colombia-based team — travel expenses covered!
    • Three weeks PTO.
    • Breakfast provided on Tuesdays, Lunch provided on Fridays.
