About the role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and run our revenue engine as the business grows. We're looking for someone who enjoys building structure in growing companies and wants to play a central role in how revenue is run at Radar.

This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You’ll own the systems, processes, and data that support how deals are sold, closed, and renewed. The focus is on building clear, reliable operating models that help teams execute consistently and help the company forecast and close revenue with confidence.

You’ll report to our Director of GTM Operations and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the deals and cares deeply about getting the details right.

This is an in-office opportunity based out of our HQ in Flatiron, NYC. You'll work from the office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays.

What you’ll do

  • Hands-on owner of Salesforce with responsibility for opportunity setup, product and pricing configuration, approval workflows, and reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, new and expansion revenue, renewals, and churn

  • Own and improve the core revenue processes that take a prospect from first web visit through close, renewal, and expansion

  • Act as the primary deal desk partner for Sales and Finance by structuring deals, reviewing pricing and discounting, managing approvals, and supporting reps through the final stages of closing

  • Work closely on strategic GTM initiatives such as sales compensation plans, territories, quota setting, and capacity planning, and turn those decisions into clear systems, processes, and reporting.

  • Work closely with Finance on forecasting, renewals, and month-end and quarter-end close

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company

  • You’re comfortable working in Salesforce and understand how opportunity data, pricing, and approvals connect to forecasting and ARR reporting

  • You’re detail-oriented and care about accuracy, especially when it comes to closing deals and reporting revenue.

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or Gong, a plus.

  • Experience with usage-based or API-driven pricing models, a plus

Who you'll work with

  • Ciaran Ennis, Director of GTM Operations

  • Zach Fraser, CFO and COO

  • Thomas Coleman, VP of Sales

  • Connor Rapp, Senior Sales Development Manager

  • Carly Pietrobono, Chief Customer Officer

What we offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company

  • 401(k) plan with 4% match

  • New HQ in Flatiron, NYC

  • Top-notch equipment

  • Catered lunches

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Commuter and fitness benefits
