The GTM Engineer builds and optimizes sales systems, designs automated workflows, and improves CRM functionalities to enhance sales efficiency and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales-focused GTM Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power Loop AI's sales motion. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, technology, and operations—designing automated workflows, optimizing our CRM, and building infrastructure that helps our sales team work smarter. This role is ideal for someone who loves building things, thrives on automation, and wants to directly impact revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Build Sales Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, and Zapier that streamline lead routing, follow-up sequences, and handoffs between SDRs and AEs
- Optimize the CRM: Own Salesforce configuration for sales workflows—custom objects, automation rules, lead scoring, and pipeline management that gives our team real-time visibility
- Pre-Demo Research Automation: Build AI-powered research workflows that automatically enrich opportunities with company intelligence, pain points, and personalized talking points before every demo
- Data Enrichment Pipelines: Integrate data sources (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit) to maintain accurate, enriched prospect data that powers targeted outreach
- Sales Enablement Tools: Create tools and integrations that surface call intelligence from Gong/Fireflies, automate coaching insights, and track rep performance
- Pipeline Analytics: Build dashboards and reports that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and stage progression to identify bottlenecks
- Slack/CRM Integration: Design notification systems that alert reps to hot leads, deal risks, and action items in real-time
- Lead Scoring & Routing: Build intelligent lead scoring models based on behavior, firmographics, and intent signals—and route qualified leads to sales in real-time
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering role
- Strong Salesforce administration skills—custom objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) and data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL)
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel—from lead to close—and what makes reps successful
- Bias toward action—you'd rather build a prototype than write a spec document
Nice to Have
- Experience with call intelligence tools (Gong, Fireflies, Momentum)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations for research automation
- Background in restaurant tech, SaaS sales, or delivery/logistics platforms
- Salesforce Admin certification
