About the role

We're looking for a highly organized contractor to join our GTM Programs & Campaigns team and help coordinate and execute cross-functional GTM programs, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with GTM leads and partners across Marketing, Product, Creative, and other teams to keep workstreams organized, remove blockers, and move initiatives from planning through launch.

  • You will work independently across multiple workstreams, stay on top of the details, and help keep complex, cross-functional marketing programs moving.
  • Support planning and execution across GTM programs, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns, including App Store Optimization, Strategic Growth Offers, Catalog Growth Planning, and strategic GTM initiatives
  • Manage assigned workstreams from kickoff through launch, coordinating timelines, deliverables, owners, approvals, dependencies, and next steps
  • Partner with teams including Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Social, Creative, PR, Ecommerce, Media, and Marketing Data Science to keep programs moving
  • Manage campaign and creative requests through Wrike, ensuring briefs and requirements are complete, tracking progress, and flagging delays or blockers
  • Support launch readiness and QA across campaign assets, landing pages, lifecycle communications, social content, promotional messaging, links, and offer details
  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, launch documentation, status updates, and teamwide program communications
  • Partner with Marketing Data Science and cross-functional teams to build campaign and program performance reports and presentations

We are considering remote applicants for this contract position.

About You
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or related work
  • Experience supporting product launches, GTM programs, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience across digital marketing channels such as lifecycle, paid media, social, ecommerce, or digital merchandising
  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, ecommerce, consumer products, membership, or subscription businesses
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with campaign localization, website or promotional launches, and marketing QA
  • Experience with Wrike or a similar project management tool
  • Experience working with teams across different countries or markets
