We’re a Series A company backed by leading venture investors and growing quickly across the US and Europe. To support that growth we’re building our commercial team in New York.
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us hire the people who take our product to market.
This role will partner directly with our sales and go-to-market leadership to build teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success.
You will not just run hiring processes. You will help shape the commercial organisation we are building.
What you’ll doOwn GTM hiring in the US
Lead recruitment across sales and go-to-market roles including:
Account Executives
SDRs
Sales Engineers / Pre-Sales
Customer Success and Account Management
Partnerships
Marketing
Partner with leadership
Work directly with commercial leaders to define roles, structure teams and run effective hiring processes.
Build strong pipelines
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across the US market.
Run excellent processes
Manage end-to-end hiring including:
role kick-offs
sourcing and outreach
interview coordination
candidate experience
offer negotiation
Help us scale
Improve our hiring playbooks, interview processes and recruiting infrastructure as the company grows.

Strong track record hiring sales and commercial talent
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge hiring briefs
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
High ownership and strong judgement on talent
