The GTM Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for Go-To-Market roles, focusing on Sales and Marketing talent, while partnering with leadership to build strong hiring pipelines.

MissionWe are looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier commercial talent. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping build world-class Sales and Marketing teams.
This is what you will be contributing to:- Own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, from sourcing to closing.
- Identify and engage top talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Train and support hiring managers and interviewers to ensure effective and structured hiring processes.
- Contribute to and execute Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives alongside the broader Talent team.
- Act as a FlowX.AI brand ambassador, strengthening our employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
- 1+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing roles.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and ability to engage with technical and commercial profiles.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-demand talent using creative and data-driven approaches.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience).
- Background recruiting for high-growth or software companies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
