About the role
We’re seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Analyst dedicated to sales performance. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategic insight — ideal for someone passionate about uncovering what drives high performance in a sales organization and turning that insight into action.
You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the funnel.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies
- Identify performance gaps at the rep, team, and regional level, and propose data-backed recommendations
- Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that drive accountability
- Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation strategies
- Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion studies, and sales cycle analysis to inform GTM motions
- Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify rep skill gaps and training opportunities based on performance data
- Contribute to the development of GTM strategies for new product launches or market entries
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel a must. Exposure to SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.) a plus.
- Experience working with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in AI Infrastructure, B2B SaaS, Cloud, or a high-growth technology company required.
The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
