What You Will Own

You’ll be the strategic Swiss army knife of the GTM team—defining where we go next, evaluating new markets and geographies, and designing the plans that shape how we scale.

Strategy, Planning, and Market Intelligence

  • Lead market assessments and expansion strategy across verticals and geographies

  • Own TAM modeling, segmentation, and GTM deployment design

  • Partner with sales leadership to define headcount plans, quota coverage, and comp structures

  • Design and run strategic initiatives like pricing strategy, geo expansion, and motion development

Executive Support & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align GTM plans with company priorities

  • Build and maintain planning frameworks and strategic dashboards for executive visibility

  • Work alongside RevOps, Enablement, and GTM leaders to ensure strategy translates into execution

What You Will Need
  • 2+ years in GTM Strategy, BizOps, or RevOps in high-growth SaaS

  • Strong command of GTM funnel metrics, market modeling, and revenue planning

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI/reporting tools

  • Structured thinker with high analytical horsepower and strong communication skills

  • Bias for action and ability to operate with clarity in ambiguity
