About the role:We're looking for a GTM Systems Owner to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our go-to-market tech stack. You'll be the hands-on admin for Salesforce and the connective tissue across our wider tool ecosystem—making sure data flows clean, integrations work reliably, and our teams have the infrastructure they need to execute.
This role sits inside the RevOps team and partners closely with the RevOps and AI Operations teams to execute on our systems roadmap. The right person is energized by getting systems right and loves solving technical problems. They want to take real ownership of the data and tools our GTM teams depend on every day. The foundation they build will enable Laurel to build an AI intelligence and automations directly in our GTM motion. If you get genuine satisfaction from seeing a workflow automate perfectly or a dashboard finally telling the truth, this is your role.
Help lay the data foundation (clean records, consistent field hygiene, reliable integrations) that will power Laurel's AI intelligence layer across the GTM org.
Own and administer Salesforce as the system of record for GTM data, including users, permissions, data integrity, custom objects, workflows, and reporting, from issue identification to resolution.
Configure, maintain, and optimize integrations across our GTM stack (Hubspot, Clay, Gong, Outreach, Nooks, Spiff, Exportly, Ironclad, etc.) to ensure clean, reliable data flows between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Define and enforce roles, permissions, and data hygiene standards that keep our systems accurate, secure, and trustworthy as the org scales.
Evaluate third-party tools, managed packages, and AppExchange products as the business grows, making build vs. buy recommendations to RevOps.
Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data quality problems, and proactively flag risks before they become blockers for the GTM team.
Build and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training resources so the team can adopt tools confidently and consistently.
Execute on the GTM systems roadmap end-to-end in partnership with RevOps, gathering requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People teams, translating them into technical builds and automations.
Stay close to the AI-native tooling landscape, proactively identifying tools that could replace or improve what's in our current stack.
We're looking for a strong, hands-on systems admin who can hit the ground running and take real ownership of the tools our GTM team depends on every day. You're energized by building in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and you move fast without sacrificing quality.
2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment. You've owned a Salesforce instance—not just worked in one.
AI fluency in practice, not in theory: You use AI tools daily to write faster, debug smarter, and work through problems.
Deep, proven Salesforce fluency: custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and integrations. You know where to look when something breaks and you fix it without hand-holding.
Hands-on experience with the tools in our stack or tools just like them: sales engagement (Outreach, SalesLoft), conversation intelligence (Gong), data enrichment (Clay), dialing (Nooks), and comp management (Spiff). You don't need to have used all of them, but you should be able to pick them up fast and own them completely.
Integration fluency: you understand how data flows between systems, where syncs break, and how to build reliably across a multi-tool stack.
Obsessive about data quality. You notice when records look wrong and you fix it. You build for accuracy, not just functionality, because you know clean data is what makes everything downstream, especially AI, actually work.
Moves fast: You default to action, you iterate, and you don't need a complete picture to get started. You thrive in high-ownership environments where you're figuring things out as you go.
Strong documentation habits: you write things down, keep runbooks current, and build for the next person.
Low ego, high ownership: You care deeply about the team depending on your systems and you take that seriously.
Why join Laurel:To date, we've secured significant funding from renowned venture capitalists (Google Ventures, IVP, Anthos, Upfront Ventures), as well as notable individuals like Marc Benioff, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Alexis Ohanian
