About the Role

Location: New York City
Commitment: 5-6 Days In-Person

We're looking for someone who's lived manual Excel work. You know the pain points because you've felt them. Now you want revolutionize traditional finance work with frontier AI.

As a GTM hire at Endex, you'll own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, running demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customers actually get value from the product. Your industry experience is critical. You'll work directly with our product and leadership teams to shape what we build, how we position it, and where we take the company next.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own Deals End-to-End: Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build relationships with finance teams, understand their workflows, and show them what's possible with Endex.

  • Shape Product Direction: Your background means you know what financial professionals actually need. Translate that into product feedback, feature requests, and roadmap input that keeps us ahead.

  • Inform GTM Strategy: Help us figure out which segments to prioritize, how to position against alternatives, and what messaging resonates. You're not just executing a playbook—you're helping write it.

  • Build Pipeline Systems: Create and optimize the processes that turn interest into revenue. Partner with marketing to develop content and campaigns that speak to our audience.

  • Expand Into New Verticals: Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify and validate new markets for Endex.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-6 years in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Public Equities. You've built models, worked on deals, and understand the day-to-day of financial professionals. This is non-negotiable.

  • Hungry to sell. You're excited to close deals with Wall Street's largest firms. You see GTM as a craft worth mastering.

  • Strong opinions on product. You have ideas about what Endex should build and how we should position it. You're not shy about sharing them.

  • Relentlessly resourceful. You move fast, leverage your network, and figure things out without a playbook.

  • Versatile Problem-Solver: You’re intellectually curious, quick to learn, and eager to take on new challenges across a wide range of responsibilities

  • Low ego, high standards. You listen, adapt, and stay focused on outcomes over credit.
