At General Intelligence, we're building highly-capable autonomous agents for startups. Our goal is to enable the one-person, one-billion-dollar company.
As Head of Agentic GTM, you'll own go-to-market for Cofounder end-to-end: building pipeline, closing deals, and shipping processes that measurably grow revenue. You’ll also work with engineering to actively develop this process into agents for our end users, agentifying a best-in-class go to market operation. Every outbound sequence and sales motion that works for us should eventually become something our agents can run for customers. You'll be closing deals and turning what works into a repeatable system that agents can run.
This role will be intense and rewarding. You'll learn a lot and quickly be given a large amount of responsibility.
What you'll doBuild and work a lead list from scratch: ICP definition, data sourcing, enrichment, pipeline management
Set up outbound infrastructure end-to-end: warmed email accounts, sequencing, CRM, domain rotation
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close: sequences, meetings, follow-ups, pricing, contracts
Turn working GTM processes into product: partner with engineering to productize sales motions so agents can run them for customers
Define success metrics for GTM and use them to iterate fast
Hands-on outbound sales experience at an early stage company: you've gone from zero to first customers and built a cold outbound machine from scratch
Product thinking: you can look at a working sales process and figure out how to systematize it, what to automate, and what the agent version looks like
Familiarity with the tooling: Clay, email sequencing, CRM setup, domain warming, lead enrichment; you've set this up before and have opinions
Good taste: Cofounder's brand matters and generic SaaS marketing language is not going to work
Bonus: experience at a company like Unify, Clay, or similar where the sales process itself is the product
In-person in New York. You'll be in the room with founders daily.
No politics, no unnecessary process. We hire smart people and get out of their way.
Outcomes over inputs. You're not measured on hours or activity; you're measured on what unblocks and moves forward.
Direct feedback. You'll hear what's working and what's not; same applies in reverse.
Ship fast, iterate daily. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
Real leverage. Your impact compounds across the entire company.
No bureaucracy. You'll be frustrated by red tape everywhere else after working here.
Small, elite team. You work directly with founders and the best engineers building agents.
Craft matters. Speed is key, but sloppiness isn't tolerated.
In person, in New York City.
