The Head of Business Execution, Wealth Intelligence, at the Senior Vice President level, is a critical role responsible for driving operational rigor, performance visibility, and scalable execution globally within the Wealth Intelligence team.  This role provides oversight of core strategic pillars and serves as a strategic partner to the global leadership team. The incumbent will lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, foster strong internal and external engagement, optimize business operations, and ensure robust performance tracking to achieve key business objectives. This role demands a strong understanding of wealth management, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership skills to deliver significant impact

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Drive operational rigor, enhance performance visibility, and ensure scalable execution across global Wealth Intelligence teams
  • Provide strategic oversight of core business pillars, ensuring alignment with overall Wealth objectives
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the global leadership team, contributing to key decisions and long-term planning.

Strategy & Engagement:

  • Develop and manage executive materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Forums, and prepare talking points for leadership.
  • Oversee internal and external communications and messaging strategies.
  • Lead and implement People, Culture & Engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Business Management:

  • Lead headcount planning and organizational health initiatives, ensuring optimal staffing and structure.
  • Manage budget and expense tracking, ensuring financial discipline and efficiency.
  • Oversee Risk & Controls and Compliance adherence, ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place.
  • Support and collaborate with Internal Audit activities as required.
  • Establish and manage business routines and stakeholder management processes to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and execute VIP Engagement strategies and activities within the business management domain.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) through comprehensive dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Track referral and pipeline progress, and manage Partnership Awards tracking.
  • Drive global process standardization initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • In partnership with the Head of Wealth Intelligence, leverage data analytics and business intelligence to monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Act as a primary liaison between the Wealth COO, Head of Wealth Intelligence, and various functional heads, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on execution priorities.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and partners, to facilitate successful project delivery and business operations.
  • Communicate complex business issues and solutions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a significant portion in wealth management, business strategy, operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Experience in leading programs and transformational initiatives within complex organizational structures.
  • Experience in process optimization, operational excellence, and driving efficiency gains.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across various functions and geographies.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with a focus on results delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights for decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
