ABOUT KICKOFF

Kickoff is an AI-enabled wellness super app and coaching service. Our mission is to give everyone in the world access to life-changing healthy habit formation, so they can live healthier, happier lives. We consolidate all things wellness in one place - from exercise to nutrition to sleep and mindfulness - and deliver personalized recommendations daily via a dedicated human coach. Clients get the best possible programming and stick with it due to the accountability of their coach. We're helping the world shift to a more preventive approach to health.

THE ROLE

We are looking for our first Product Manager to build the future of wellness. This individual will ensure every client has an incredible, life-changing, rewarding experience that drives them to tell everyone they know about Kickoff.

He or she will collaborate with our Founder/CEO, Product Designer, and engineering team to continually improve client habits and outcomes. This will require weaving together AI, incredible design, and the latest in behavioral science

He or she will own projects related to client experience, retention, and growth. It will require exceptional skills in research, analysis, UX, marketing, and strategy.

This role comes with a lot of responsibility and is not for everyone - it is for someone who wants to scale a world-changing product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure every client has a life-changing, rewarding experience from the moment they hear of Kickoff

- Drive client retention and client referral by delighting clients so much they recruit friends and family to train with us

- Optimize conversion by providing the best possible onboarding experience for new clients

- Conduct user research, competitive research, and analysis to understand underlying client needs and opportunities to delight

- Define product needs for the client app and coach apps and work with our designer to design solutions, including further building out our generative AI tooling

- Work closely with Kickoff’s CEO to devise, test, and iterate on the optimal client programming and journey for our target client personas

- Serve as a leadership team member and help to guide Kickoff’s strategy

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills and experience

- Expertise in using both quantitative data (i.e. metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (i.e. user surveys and interviews) to inform prioritization and decisions

- You can analyze data yourself by writing SQL queries and using data analysis and event tracking tools

- Startup experience

- Design and UX skills - you don’t have to be a designer but you do have to be able to think like one
