We are looking for a senior leader to serve as our Head of Client Marketing, responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing across our portfolio of digital banking brands.
This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, marketing strategy, and delivery excellence. You are not just overseeing work. You are accountable for outcomes. You ensure that every engagement delivers measurable growth, strengthens partnerships, and expands the role we play in our clients’ businesses.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Nymbus is a remote-first organization. This position is fully remote; however, occasional travel may be required for client meetings or designated team gatherings.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Head of Client Marketing, you bring an agency mindset, with the ability to lead multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for strategic thinking and execution. You understand how to navigate complex organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business objectives into marketing strategies that drive impact.
This is an AI-native environment. You instinctively look for ways to integrate AI into workflows, strategy development, and execution to improve speed, quality, and insight. You see AI not just as a tool, but as a fundamental shift in how marketing is done, and you push both internal teams and clients to evolve accordingly.
You are responsible for the full lifecycle of client marketing, from strategy through execution. This includes shaping positioning, go-to-market plans, growth strategies, and ongoing optimization. You partner closely with creative, product, delivery teams and execution partners to ensure work is cohesive, effective, and aligned to client goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of client marketing across a portfolio of digital banking brands.
- Own and drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring all marketing engagements deliver growth and strengthen client partnerships.
- Manage and grow multiple client relationships simultaneously, maintaining high standards for strategic thinking and execution.
- Translate client business objectives into effective marketing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Navigate complex client organizations and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Integrate AI into marketing workflows, strategy development, and execution to enhance efficiency, quality, and insights.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective output.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships, introduce new capabilities, and increase overall impact.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
- Simplify complex ideas and guide clients toward informed, effective decisions.
- Lead and align internal teams to deliver high-quality work in support of client goals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that balances accountability with support.
- Challenge existing approaches and introduce innovative ideas to elevate marketing effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior leadership experience in client marketing, preferably across multiple brands or accounts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- Strong experience managing and growing client relationships, with accountability for outcomes and performance.
- Agency mindset with the ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Expertise in translating business objectives into impactful marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and influencing senior/executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into marketing workflows, strategy, and execution.
- Ownership of full marketing lifecycle, including positioning, growth strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Cross-functional leadership experience working with creative, product, delivery, and external partners.
- Track record of identifying and driving account growth opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and guide strategic decision-making.
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience fostering high-performance team environments with clear expectations and support.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- $140,000 - $160,000 Annual Salary.
- Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience.
