Role 🎨

As Clinical Director (Core), you’ll literally transform and save lives by building the clinical systems, standards, and team that make safe, effective, life-changing care possible at scale.

• Protocol Development: Own and evolve Mindbloom’s core clinical protocols, ensuring our standards are evidence-based, scalable, consistently applied, and transform more lives
• Quality Bar: Own and improve the metrics that separate good care from life-changing care and keep raising them
• Operational Leverage: Build smarter systems, clearer workflows, and stronger ownership so clinical leaders can spend more time on the highest-impact work.
• Talent Engine: Create a clinical team that compounds in quality over time: exceptional hiring, fast onboarding, sharp coaching, and fierce protection of the bar
• Clinical Escalations: Lead escalation and on-call systems that help clinicians navigate complexity with confidence, speed, and sound judgments

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level.  The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity and sales incentives (for sales roles).
