The Role:
We’re seeking a strategic, mission-driven Head of Community Partnerships to lead our efforts in supporting and enabling Reddit’s largest and most engaged subreddits — many of which are among the largest online communities in the world.
This senior leadership role is responsible for managing a team of community-facing account managers and community strategists focused on deep engagement, consultative partnerships, and driving sustainable success for Reddit’s most high-impact communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on the development and strategic growth of Reddit’s portfolio of top communities.
- Drive long-term engagement, partnership, and product adoption strategies for high-value communities within key strategic verticals.
- Own CRM strategy, reporting, and performance measurement for Reddit’s top communities portfolio.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” for top communities within Reddit — advocating for their needs and opportunities in product, policy, and business decisions.
- Partner with teams including Product, GTM, Support, and Data Science to facilitate feedback loops and bring relevant insights and opportunities to portfolio communities.
- Develop scalable frameworks, community success strategies, and support systems tailored to high-traffic, high-visibility communities.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in community, strategic partnerships, or customer success — with a minimum 7+ years in a leadership and management role.
- Experience managing managers and leading remote, geographically distributed teams.
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams that work with influential or enterprise-level customers.
- Strong understanding of online communities and community moderation, especially in a global context.
- Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, with a track record of hitting ambitious growth and retention targets.
- High-level of comfort presenting to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities with partners ranging from Product to Policy to Marketing.
- Skilled communicator with an ability to navigate nuanced and often sensitive conversations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that blends tech, business, and community.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with UGC platforms, moderators, or volunteer-led communities.

Pay Transparency:
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
