Job Description

As the Head of Community, you'll lead, nurture, and grow our community of creators, fostering meaningful relationships and empowering members to achieve their full potential. You'll design and implement strategies to deepen engagement and advocacy within Wix Studio's creative professional network while leading and managing a team to support these efforts.

 

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage, support, and grow our community of professionals

  • Create opportunities for active participation and knowledge-sharing within the community

  • Act as the voice of the community within Wix Studio and advocate for their needs and feedback

  • Plan and oversee community-focused content, workshops, webinars, and events

  • Build strong relationships with key community leaders, influencers, and partners

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to relay insights from the community and shape product improvements and new features

  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with community goals and business objectives

  • Track key community metrics and analyze data to inform strategy and demonstrate growth

Qualifications

  • Proven  experience leading and managing online communities, with significant experience managing a community of designers—this is a must

  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Deep understanding of digital creation tools—experience with Wix Studio or similar platforms is a strong plus.

  • Passion for community-building, user engagement, and helping others succeed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience organizing both virtual and in-person events to bring the community together.

  • Strong knowledge of social media, forums, and digital platforms for community growth and engagement.

  • A content creator mindset—whether through social media, blogging, video, or other formats.

  • Deep familiarity with web trends and digital spaces where designers collaborate and share knowledge.

The approximate base compensation is $170,000 - 220,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

 

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
