As Head of Cross-Currency (FX) Payments & Solutions, you will lead the product and go-to-market strategy for Cross-Currency solutions, including FX spot products and payment capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with teams across Markets, Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver best-in-class products. You will drive financial performance, champion product development and enhancement to address evolving client needs, and ensure robust risk management, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will play a key role in building a leading Cross-Currency Payments franchise and delivering value to clients worldwide. You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering integrated solutions and driving new business development. Your leadership will help shape the future of payments and support the growth of our global franchise.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the product strategy and vision for Cross-Currency FX solutions, with ultimate and end-to-end responsibility for Product Development, Product Management and Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) teams within the Cross-Currency FX business for JPMorgan Payments.
- Drive and elevate product development, continuously enhancing products and solutions to address client needs and market opportunities.
- Drive product revenue and market share through innovative products and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead, inspire, nurture, develop, and manage a large global team of Product and Product Solutions professionals.
- Partner with Sales and Service teams to promote products and implement new business.
- Manage financials, optimize pricing, and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish objectives, key results, and KPIs to ensure product success.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions and functions-including Markets, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Service-to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive new business development.
- Anticipate and address internal and external factors impacting the business.
- Present thought leadership on industry trends and best practices, acting as the face of the Cross-Currency FX business for Payments at J.P. Morgan.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Travel internationally up to 30%.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) across Payments and Markets products
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and the competitive landscape for cross-currency solutions.
- Manage teams effectively.
- Collaborate with technology teams across the product lifecycle.
- Develop and implement large-scale initiatives.
- Engage in strategic planning, P&L management, and business case development.
- Implement product lifecycle activities at scale.
- Drive change and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Deliver superior presentation and communication skills.
- Serve as a recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence.
