Your Opportunity

Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine. Today 95% of revenue is marketing led, and we’re looking for the leader to continue to lead and scale the function accountable for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader based in NYC who wants to build a modern, AI-augmented growth engine to unlock our next phase of maturity. As we evolve from a people enablement tool to a comprehensive HR platform, your mission is to transform our buyer journey into a scalable, high-velocity machine.

You are a high-output, low-ego operator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy. You possess thehigh agency required to materially shift the growth trajectory of a category-defining company across North America and EMEA. You aren’t just an observer of the AI revolution; you are bullish on its potential to enhance human creativity and efficiency. You are constantly researching and experimenting with new ways to integrate technology—from autonomous workflows and predictive lead scoring to intent-driven prospecting—to drive superior, self-optimizing results.

This is a unique opportunity to shape global strategy while staying close to the execution of our demand engine across North America and EMEA. You will bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention, ensuring our marketing tactics match our expanding vision as a comprehensive HR platform.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Architect the AI-augmented Growth Engine: Reimagine marketing for the AI era by building automated, scalable growth loops across our entire tech stack tosupercharge efficiency, velocity, and ROI.

  • Own the Revenue & Pipeline Mandate: Take full accountability for the predictable delivery of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and qualified pipeline. You will lead our high-stakes demand engine that fuels our global sales organization.

  • Design Market-Focused GTM: Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments, driving brand awareness and measurable revenue success in a competitive space.

  • Master the Full Buyer Journey: Bridge the gap between initial acquisition and customer expansion. You will build lifecycle programs that unlock upsell opportunities and drive long-term platform adoption.

  • Partner for GTM Excellence: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities.

  • Lead and Empower a High-Performance Team: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of growth experts, fostering a culture centered on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation

  • Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing

  • Hands-on AI fluency and experience in successfully embedding AI- tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability

  • Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks

  • Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets

  • Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success and executive stakeholders

  • Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams

  • A builder mentality with high agency and strong execution instincts

  • Curiosity about buyer behavior and a strong instinct for what improves conversion
