Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors and takes down impersonators and automates protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

The internet is entering a new era, one defined not by human scale, but by AI scale.

Autonomous agents now generate content, impersonate brands and people, execute fraud, and exploit trust at a speed and volume the internet was never designed to withstand. Fraud, impersonation, and synthetic attacks are no longer edge cases—they are becoming the default mode of abuse online.

Outtake Security exists to restore trust.

Outtake is building the world’s largest fleet of AI security agents, a distributed, always-on security layer for the internet. These trusted, friendly bots continuously patrol the digital world to expose AI-driven attacks, dismantle them, and verify authenticity in real time. Together, they form a living defense system that protects organizations, brands, and users from fraud, impersonation, and abuse, at internet scale.

Our mission is ambitious: to bring harmony back to the internet, humanity’s greatest creation, by ensuring it remains safe, trusted, and authentic in the age of AI.

We are defining a new category of security. Growth, and pipeline is how that category wins.

Role Overview

The Head of Growth Marketing is responsible for driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline—the lifeblood of Outtake’s business.

This leader owns the strategy and execution of all growth programs that turn market interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. You will design, run, and optimize Outtake’s full demand engine—across field marketing, strategic events, digital channels, campaigns, partners, and marketing operations.

This is a data-driven, execution-heavy leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, partners tightly with Sales, and measures success in pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.

Core Responsibilities

Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Impact

  • Own marketing pipeline targets, forecasts, and performance reporting.

  • Drive predictable, scalable marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline in partnership with Sales.

  • Build a demand engine that converts category awareness into revenue.

Field Marketing & Strategic Events

  • Own field marketing strategy, aligned to regional sales priorities and key accounts.

  • Design and execute high-impact strategic events (executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, industry conferences).

  • Ensure events directly tie to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and expansion.

Digital Marketing & Demand Programs

  • Own all digital demand channels, including paid media, website conversion, SEO, content distribution, and retargeting.

  • Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns and programs aligned to product launches, use cases, and buyer journeys.

  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale programs based on performance data.

Campaign & Program Management

  • Build repeatable campaign frameworks that can be launched quickly and measured clearly.

  • Own messaging-to-execution handoff in close partnership with Product Marketing.

  • Ensure campaigns drive real engagement, not just impressions.

Partner Marketing

  • Build and scale partner marketing programs with strategic partners, platforms, and alliances.

  • Co-develop campaigns, events, and joint motions that generate shared pipeline.

  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Own marketing operations, including systems, attribution, routing, and reporting.

  • Ensure clean data, clear dashboards, and full visibility into funnel performance.

  • Optimize conversion across every stage: inquiry > MQL > SQL > pipeline > revenue.

Sales Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on territory planning, account targeting, and campaign prioritization.

  • Ensure tight SLAs between marketing and sales.

  • Act as a trusted operator and growth partner to the revenue organization.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in growth, demand, or revenue marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering marketing pipeline targets

  • Deep experience across field marketing, events, digital demand, and campaigns

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing ops and attribution

  • Experience working closely with sales teams in high-growth environments

  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution

  • Bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable outcomes

What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing is a predictable, trusted driver of pipeline and revenue

  • Field and event programs consistently influence and accelerate deals

  • Digital and campaign programs scale efficiently with clear ROI

  • Sales views marketing as an essential growth engine, not a support function
