About Truv
Truv is transforming how financial data is accessed and used. Our platform enables secure, real-time connections to payroll and other data sources to streamline income and employment verification, direct deposit switching, and more. Backed by leading investors like Kleiner Perkins and NYCA, we are disrupting a legacy industry with modern technology, a customer-first mindset, and a world-class team from companies like Apple, Carta, Venmo, MX, and Okta.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to define and execute Truv’s go-to-market strategy with a primary focus on pipeline generation. You will lead the team that drives growth and builds pipeline through both phone-driven outbound efforts and automation. This is a critical leadership role for someone passionate about building and scaling teams, playbooks, and tools to support Truv’s growth goals.
IMPORTANT
Please reach out to Kirill Klokov, CEO of Truv, via any channel (eg email, phone, LinkedIn) with a cold outreach as if you’re selling Truv to a top-5 mortgage lender in the U.S. Your goal is to explain why Truv would be a valuable solution for them and demonstrate why you’d be a great fit for this role. This outreach is required to move to the next stage. How you craft and deliver it is entirely up to you.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Truv’s go-to-market strategy focused on pipeline generation.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing pipeline-generating team, including BDRs, field marketers, growth engineers, and other go-to-market team members.
- Design and implement phone-driven outbound strategies, and collaborate with growth engineers to automate all scalable GTM processes.
- Write high-impact, compelling copy that supports outbound marketing strategy, and develop and execute call scripts and phone-based go-to-market playbooks.
- Scale and optimize the use of tools such as HubSpot, Clay, PowerDialers, and other GTM platforms.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing to align pipeline initiatives with company objectives.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, using data to refine and improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience — you must have sold in B2B and know how to sell effectively.
- Strong track record in building phone-driven outbound strategies and playbooks.
- Experience working with GTM engineers to automate go-to-market processes.
- Ability to lead and scale teams dedicated to pipeline generation.
- Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Clay, and other sales/marketing technology.
- Strong ability to write persuasive copy and execute phone-based sales strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience reporting on growth and pipeline performance.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work environment.
- Competitive salary and equity package.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan.
- Flexible time off.
- Opportunity to help shape the future of financial data access.
