📬 About Stable

Our mission is to make it simple to headquarter any business on the internet. Today, we provide companies with a business address and a dashboard to manage their physical mail online. Over 15,000+ companies like Brex, Doordash, and Gusto use Stable to automate their mailroom and act as their permanent business address with the IRS, state, and vendors.

The rules that regulate US entities were written in the 1800s. Stable abstracts these antiquated requirements with tools that empower modern companies to move forward faster.

These rules don't make sense for the way we work today — work takes place in the cloud and businesses are no longer tied to physical proximity or geography.

We’re on a mission to fix the broken system of entity management. Starting with business addresses and mail, we’re abstracting the complex, archaic systems that make company-building painful and turning them into delightful experiences — so that modern businesses have the tools they need to move forward faster.

We're backed by leading Silicon Valley investors like Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Shakti, Hustle Fund, and founders from companies like Lattice, Apartment List, and FlexJobs.

Our business is at an inflection point. We’re growing quickly with a product people love and we’ve proven we can service companies of all stages and industries — from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies in industries like technology, logistics, and property management.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup as one of the first employees and do work that directly impacts the future of how companies are built.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role

Stable is at an inflection point – we’ve grown rapidly and we’re looking for a Head of Growth to scale us to 9-figures of revenue. This is the year we expand from being the leading AI-powered virtual mailbox to becoming a multi-product AI operations platform. We work with 15K+ customers, including public companies like Doordash, Realty Income, and GitLab, who love Stable. Every single one of the 36M businesses in the US is a potential customer, and your role is to activate as many of them as possible.

We’re looking for a go-to-market leader to drive revenue outcomes and re-imagine how teams operate in an AI-first world. As the Head of Growth at Stable, you will identify and prioritize key verticals to double down on across go-to-market to increase revenue. You will be at the center of our transformation into a full platform, expanding beyond mail into AI process automation and entity compliance.

A few of your responsibilities will include:

  • Exceed revenue targets — You'll own the revenue number, build the strategy, and set the operating cadence to hit targets consistently

  • Build a world-class, AI-native team — You’ll oversee the full go-to-market team and set a high bar for excellence and execution. You will incorporate AI workflows and infrastructure to re-imagine how work gets done at a high quality at scale.

  • Win the market with new products — You’ll lead brand strategy and product positioning for how Stable is positioned in the market.

This role is a great fit for someone who is energized by building a revenue organization in an AI world and wants their work to directly shape the trajectory of a fast-growing company.

😀 What you value
  • Be human: Lead with empathy, act with authenticity, and enjoy what you do.

  • Stay curious: Invent novel solutions by asking why, listening, and tinkering.

  • Act quickly with purpose: Focus on what matters, iteratively improve, and move urgently towards the goal.

  • Insist on exceptional outcomes: Strive for excellence and take ownership over the outcomes you deliver.

  • Exceed customer expectations: Create delightful experiences with each interaction.

✅ What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the company's short-term and long-term revenue strategy to achieve growth targets

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing revenue team

  • Define and lay AI infrastructure to scale initiatives

  • Prioritize a quarterly roadmap of growth initiatives and run the operating cadence to test and iterate quickly

  • Lead brand strategy and product positioning for how Stable shows up in the market

  • Own go-to-market operations including forecasting, pipeline management, metrics, tooling, and enablement

  • Surface customer and market insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and packaging

  • Support sales team in closing complex or strategic deals, including negotiations and multi-stakeholder management

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for new products, features, and pricing changes

✨ Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in go-to-market, growth, sales, or marketing role at a B2B startup, including a management role

    • Ex-founders, ex-PMs, and operators who've run go-to-market unconventionally are all welcome

  • Track record of building, you've stood up a GTM function or a major new motion from scratch

  • AI-native operator; you’re already using the newest tools, opinionated on how GTM is evolving, and holding your team to the same bar

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building revenue models and analyzing metrics to influence decisions

  • Proficiency in a full GTM stack including Hubspot, Clay/Unify, Metabase, or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Travel at least quarterly for company offsites and board meetings

  • Hybrid working environment with in-office (NY, SF, or Denver) expectations a few days a week
