About Hypha

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle - acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:

  • Observability: Real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions

  • Intelligence: AI-driven optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking

  • Orchestration: Seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies

Backed by industry leaders, we’re entering the next phase: establishing our market presence and building the foundation for long-term growth.

The Mission

Own Hypha’s go-to-market from 0→1→N: generate demand, close and expand lighthouse accounts in financial services and real estate, and build a repeatable engine that grows net contract value over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead an integrated GTM strategy across demand gen, enterprise sales, partnerships, and marketing

  • Build pipeline and brand: shape Hypha’s narrative, oversee content, campaigns, and events; represent us at conferences and on stage

  • Drive enterprise deals end-to-end: from target list → outreach → discovery → demo/solutioning → POC → procurement → close → expansion

  • Land and expand: secure first contracts and grow them into multi-year, multi-business-unit relationships

  • Build and manage partnerships: co-sell via cloud marketplaces, develop SI/consulting and channel partners to accelerate adoption

  • Keep GTM assets sharp: sales deck, demo flow, one-pagers, ROI models, and case studies

  • Establish early operating cadences: forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM discipline

  • Partner closely with founders, product, and design to align customer feedback with roadmap

  • Hire and coach the first GTM team (sales, demand gen, marketing, CS/AM, RevOps) as traction builds

What You’ve Done
  • 10+ years in enterprise GTM roles, with experience selling or marketing AI, data, or SaaS into financial services and/or real estate

  • Built and led small, high-leverage GTM teams and stood up processes, hiring profiles, comp plans, and coaching rhythms

  • Closed complex enterprise deals, navigating InfoSec, data privacy, RFPs/RFIs, and legal redlines; can self-demo and translate technical capability to business value

  • Proven track record of account expansion: growing accounts via new use cases, business units, and increased consumption

  • Existing senior-level relationships in financial institutions (banks, insurers, asset managers) or real estate (owners/operators, brokerages, property managers, proptech)

What Sets You Apart
  • Relationships: existing senior/executive relationships in financial services (banks, insurers, asset/wealth managers) and real estate (owners/operators, brokerages, property managers, proptech).
Experience in AI-native software, fintech, proptech, or data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, OpenAI-adjacent)

  • Ties with relevant SIs, consultancies, and cloud marketplace motions

  • Domain exposure in risk/compliance, claims/underwriting, lending, asset/portfolio ops, or property operations

  • Comfortable as a player-coach: rolling up sleeves on deals while building team and systems

Practicalities
  • Based in New York City, with willingness to travel 30–50% for customers, partners, and conferences

  • Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity; thrives in 0→1 environments\

Why Join Hypha
  • Be the first commercial hire, with direct impact on our growth trajectory

  • Work side by side with founders and leadership team

  • Build relationships at the highest levels of finance and real estate

  • Competitive compensation: $120K–$180K base, $240K-$360K OTE

  • Play a key role in shaping the future of asset management through AI
