The Head of HR leads the full HR function across global locations, owning HR strategy, operations, and people programs. This role partners with senior leadership, manages a small HRBP team, and oversees the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, performance, development, engagement, compliance, and culture.
Requirements- 5+ years of HR experience in global companies.
- HRBP background + people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of global & local hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, labor law & employee relations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and multi-site/global HR environments.
- Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Advise senior leaders and support organizational needs.
- Manage and mentor 1–2 HR Business Partners.
- Lead global recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Oversee core HR operations (on/offboarding, HRIS, policies, compensation workflows).
- Lead performance reviews and development processes.
- Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across all relevant locations.
