About Casap

Casap is a Series A startup that has raised over $30M from Emergence, Lightspeed, and Primary Ventures. Based in San Francisco, the company was founded by product leaders from Robinhood and Chime. We are on a mission to change the way banks operate by automating disputes and fighting friendly fraud. People love what we’ve built, from everyday users to the biggest names in finance.

Casap is looking for a Head of Implementations excited to drive seamless onboarding and integration experiences for financial institutions as we scale our platform at the forefront of automation and Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the team: Scale the implementations organization (5-10+ Implementation Managers) by hiring exceptional technical project managers and future implementation leaders

  • Own implementation strategy: Design end-to-end implementation methodologies, establish scalable processes, and ensure customers go live quickly without compromising quality or security

  • Create customer-centric culture: Build a culture of ownership, accountability, technical excellence, and deep customer empathy within the implementations team

  • Drive consistent delivery: Establish implementation frameworks, success metrics, and playbooks that enable predictable time-to-value across all customer segments

  • Mentor and coach: Support Implementation Managers through coaching, feedback, and professional development to elevate technical and project management capabilities

  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive operational excellence across the customer lifecycle

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical implementation teams at B2B SaaS companies, preferably in fintech or financial services

  • 8+ years in technical implementations, solutions engineering, or professional services, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • 5+ years managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, data integrations, and financial systems

  • Led multiple end-to-end implementations of banking software or fintech platforms for Tier 1 financial institutions

  • Expert understanding of financial services technology, banking operations, API integrations, and enterprise security requirements

  • Strong experience mentoring implementation leaders and building high-performing customer-facing teams

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical decisions and build executive relationships with C-level banking stakeholders

Why This Role
  • Rare opportunity to own and scale implementations from day one as we expand from top fintech brands to traditional banks

  • Seat at the table — you'll be a true strategic partner to the CEO, founders, and go-to-market leadership

  • Clear path to grow with the company as we scale through Series B and beyond, potentially expanding into VP of Customer Operations or Chief Customer Officer

  • A high-trust, no-ego culture of doers, thinkers, and builders

  • Backed by top-tier investors
