What We're Really Looking For

We’re looking for a sharp, independent investor who thrives in complexity and sees patterns before they’re obvious. You’ll work directly with our founder and investment team to identify, evaluate, and shape investment opportunities across healthcare and beyond—moving seamlessly from diligence to strategic insight to action. You think like an owner, operate with judgment, and are energized by the challenge of building conviction.

What You’ll Do

• Source new opportunities for TriEdge Investments

• Attend board meetings on behalf of TriEdge’s founder

• Lead documentation and diligence of new opportunities (in capacity of sponsor, anchor investor for fundless sponsors, or limited partner)

• Serve an advisor for incubator companies on funding strategies

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies in current and potential portfolio companies

• Collaborate with our portfolio operations team on strategy and execution

• Understand business drivers. Identify KPIs and drivers for management teams

Who You Are

• Minimum of 6 years of investment experience with core competency in U.S. Healthcare

• Comfortable leading best in class diligence processes with minimal oversight

• Excellent EQ with strong persuasion skills

• Ability to work across the capital stack and lifecycle (incubation, venture, growth, buyout)

• Experience with public markets, credit, real estate, manager selection

• Curious how technology incubations can solve portfolio company challenges

• Ability to multi-task and work in an unstructured environment with a non-institutional mindset

• Comfortable making decisions and communicating rapidly and succinctly

Location

TriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York. This role is expected to be in office Monday - Thursday, working remotely on Fridays. Some infrequent travel may be required.

Pay transparency

The annual base salary range for this position is $300,000 – $400,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
