We are seeking a bold, collaborative, and commercially driven Head of Lifestyle for the [Region] to shape and deliver our regional strategy for Dining, Retail, and Entertainment. This role is pivotal in translating our global Lifestyle Proposition into a locally relevant, market-leading offering that delights our members and delivers measurable results for Ten and our clients.

As a senior member of the Lifestyle Proposition leadership team, you will role-model professionalism, integrity, and inclusive leadership, working as One Team with counterparts in the other regions, the global Lifestyle team, and cross-functional leaders. By understanding the unique needs of our diverse membership and client base, you will ensure our offering remains relevant, competitive, and commercially successful.

Strategic Leadership & Ownership

  • Partner with global Lifestyle Proposition leads and regional counterparts to define bold, forward-looking strategies for Dining, Retail, and Entertainment.
  • Lead the development, execution, and communication of the Lifestyle Proposition strategy for [Region], aligning departmental objectives with the broader company strategy and our clients’ goals.
  • Drive and support cross-propositional commercial opportunities, ensuring contractual client requirements are not only met but exceeded. Embed these priorities into the team's daily operations to retain and grow paid opportunities, securing long-term revenue growth.
  • Anticipate potential challenges in execution and proactively develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure the team understands the meaning and purpose behind our strategies to inspire motivation and commitment.

Partnership & Proposition Development

  • Continuously develop and expand partnerships relevant to all [Region] markets, securing best-in-market offers, inventory, and benefits while respecting diverse market needs.
  • Collaborate openly with global teams to share best practices and resources, breaking down silos to strengthen our collective impact.
  • Identify cross propositional commercial opportunities (e.g., offers and events, tourism boards, content collaborations) that deliver incremental revenue and member value.

Campaigns, Content & Engagement

  • Design and implement innovative, segmented marketing campaigns that drive member requests, bookings, and engagement.
  • Clearly communicate campaign purpose and value to internal teams and clients to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Encourage feedback and incorporate learnings into future campaigns for continuous improvement.

Team & Talent Development

  • Provide clear leadership and coaching to enhance industry expertise and professional development for employees across the region.
  • Create platforms for knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Recognize and take responsibility for any departmental shortcomings, working with the team to put things right.
  • Actively promote available development tools and act as a visible advocate for personal growth and resilience.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor performance against goals, including NPS, commercial targets, and engagement metrics, using insights to drive strategic improvements.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand needs, preferences, and potential resistance to proposed changes.
  • Maintain a growth mindset by seeking new ways of doing things to improve results and efficiency.
  • Keep up-to-date with competitors, industry trends, and member preferences to ensure we stay ahead in the market.

Representation & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent Ten and the Lifestyle Proposition in client meetings, industry events, and cross-proposition strategic discussions.
  • Build strong relationships across functions, geographies, and levels, ensuring open and purposeful communication.
  • Promote strength in diversity by understanding people as individuals and fostering inclusive, respectful working relationships.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior partnerships, business development, or category leadership within Lifestyle sectors (Dining, Retail, Entertainment, or Luxury).
  • Track record of creating and delivering successful regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating high-value partnerships and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly, engagingly, and with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborative mindset, actively breaking down silos and encouraging resource sharing across teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable representing the business externally and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
