About Nebuly

Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the platform that proves the ROI of enterprise AI.
Every enterprise function — sales, customer support, HR, finance — is deploying AI agents at scale, and budgets are following fast. But most companies can't answer a basic question: is this spend actually working?Every enterprise deploying AI agents is asking the same question: is this actually delivering value? Today, almost none of them can answer it. The signal that could answer it is right there — millions of conversations happening every day between employees, customers, and these agents — but it's unstructured, high-volume, and invisible without the right infrastructure. So the ROI question stays unanswered, not because the answer doesn't exist, but because no one can see it. Nebuly makes that signal visible. It sits on top of any enterprise AI deployment, turns those conversations into a clear answer — is this working, and where — and connects the dots back to ROI. Think of it as the accountability layer for enterprise AI: connect once, see the impact, prove the value — with no data ever leaving your environment.
Every new data category has created a new software category. CRM turned customer interactions into pipeline accountability. Product analytics turned user behavior into growth accountability. Nebuly is building that same layer for AI — turning millions of invisible conversations into a clear answer on value.
Our customers include Oura, CNH Industrial, Vodafone, and Moncler. Demand is accelerating fast, and we're building the team to match.

Your Role

As our first Head of Marketing in the New York office, you will own positioning and pipeline generation for the company - the two things that matter most at this stage. We have ambitious ARR growth targets and are scaling our AE team significantly; marketing needs to contribute pipeline in months, not years.

You will personally own 2-3 core areas - most importantly positioning (working closely with our co-founder to translate the founding vision into something sharp, clear, and externally compelling) and lead generation feeding sales. Everything else - PR, content, events, and so on - you will delegate to the team you build.

This is a builder role: you will start as an individual contributor stitching together the first version of the function, then hire and grow a team of 2-3 people underneath you.

This is not a brand-and-awareness-first role. Awareness matters, but it has to be in service of pipeline the AE team can close.

What You’ll Do
  • Own positioning: partner closely with the co-founders (CEO) to sharpen and clarify the company narrative, then translate it into messaging that works across web, sales collateral, and outbound.

  • Own lead generation: build and run the demand gen motion that feeds a growing AE team (8 AEs being hired through the end of the year) with qualified pipeline.

  • Build and lead a team of 2-3, delegating disciplines like PR, content, and event marketing to the people you hire rather than owning them yourself.

  • Partner with sales leadership on a shared pipeline number - marketing's output is measured on contribution to pipeline/pilots, not on isolated marketing metrics.

  • Represent the marketing function in company-wide planning and GTM strategy discussions.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, with a track record of building and scaling the function at a Series A/B+ startup selling into large accounts — ACV $100K+ deals — not SMB or PLG motions.

  • Proven experience running enterprise demand generation against 6-figure ACV deals — you know how to build pipeline for long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, not high-volume/low-touch funnels.

  • You've done the job yourself before building a team around you: written the positioning, run the campaigns, generated the pipeline — not just directed others to do it.

  • Hands-on by default. You're comfortable doing the work directly across lead gen, positioning, content, and campaigns before you're comfortable delegating it.

  • Enterprise B2B background — fluent in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and messaging that lands with both technical and c-level buyers.

  • Able to work closely and collaboratively with strong-opinioned founders on narrative and positioning without needing full autonomy over messaging.

Bonus Points
  • Background in AI and/ or analytics categories.

  • Prior experience at a company of Nebuly's current stage (post-Series A, scaling GTM fast).

What We Offer
  • White space. You are the first marketing leader here - the function is yours to build and shape.

  • Real influence. Direct partnership with co-founders on positioning, and a mandate to build the team and process from scratch.

  • Equity. You are early. That means something.
