If you’ve been looking to join a fast-growing startup with a bold vision of a world where doing good is built into everything we do, then you’ve found the right place!

Backed by General Catalyst, the same investors behind Stripe and Airbnb, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies – building the technology that enables global enterprises to give, volunteer, and fund with confidence.

Our Mission

Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good 🌎.

As a Series A social impact startup, we power global change through technology. We enable companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams.

Global brands, including Google, OpenAI, TikTok, LinkedIn, HSBC, Atlassian and Twilio - as well as thousands of nonprofits, including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam - use Goodstack to make a difference.

In 2025 alone, we have facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.

To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵

Join us as Head of New Business to lead our growth across North America and help define how the world’s largest brands partner with Goodstack!

This is a strategic role. You’ll shape how we land new logos and expand them into long-term, high-value partnerships.

You won’t carry a personal quota – but you’ll be accountable for regional performance, deal quality, and the standards that define how Goodstack sells. You’ll act as executive sponsor on every major opportunity, ensuring discipline, pace, and polish in every interaction.

This is a Land & Expand play – we don’t sell once, we grow relationships over years. You’ll build and lead the team that wins those first deals and turns them into category-defining partnerships.

You’ll report to the VP GTM based in London, collaborate with RevOps and Marketing, and spend real time in-market – meeting prospects, building relationships, and representing Goodstack at major industry events.

As Head of New Business, your mission will be to:
  • Lead enterprise growth across North America – own regional pipeline, performance and forecast accuracy.

  • Embed a true Land & Expand motion – win flagship logos and grow them through additional products, markets and business units.

  • Shape strategy and focus – define and refine ICP and TAM in partnership with RevOps and VP GTM.

  • Drive deal excellence – lead from the front on strategy, structure and negotiation for our largest, most complex opportunities.

  • Build a high-performing team – hire, coach and inspire A++ enterprise sellers with high standards and sharp execution.

  • Set the rhythm – run crisp, consistent reviews, forecasts and pipeline inspections with clear accountability.

  • Be the face of Goodstack – represent us on stage, in boardrooms and across events, building credibility with senior CSR and corporate impact leaders.

  • Collaborate across GTM – align Sales, Marketing, Product and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and a clear path for expansion.

After 12–18 months, success will look like:
  • North America is operating as a high-performance enterprise engine with predictable, scalable growth.

  • Goodstack has landed and expanded across multiple blue-chip accounts – driving measurable ARR and long-term partnerships.

  • ICP and TAM are defined, proven, and guiding every go-to-market decision.

  • Sales execution is disciplined and repeatable – clean pipeline, accurate forecasts, clear processes.

  • The enterprise team is recognised internally as best in class, built on talent density and accountability.

  • Goodstack has a visible presence at industry events and customer forums – with you leading conversations about the future of corporate impact.

  • You’re recognized as a trusted executive voice in the market, helping major brands turn purpose into performance.

This role is a perfect match for you if you are:
  • Commercial and purpose-driven: You believe companies can grow by doing the right thing – and know how to prove it.

  • Affable and credible: You’re confident in any room and can engage executives with ease.

  • Land and Expand fluent: You understand how to turn first wins into long-term enterprise partnerships.

  • Structured and disciplined: You bring rigor to process and forecasting, and never let detail slip.

  • Decisive and fast-moving: You make informed calls quickly and keep momentum high.

  • Creative and curious: You think beyond the obvious and enjoy finding new routes to value.

  • Data-driven: You measure what matters and use insight to steer focus.

  • Calm under pressure: You bring clarity, not chaos, to complex deals.

  • Collaborative: You partner across functions and share success generously.

  • Mobile: Comfortable travelling frequently across North America and to London several times a year.

Ideal experience:
  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, with 5+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.

  • Proven record of building or scaling Land & Expand motions — winning strategic logos and driving multi-year growth.

  • Experience helping take a company from ~$10m to $100m+ ARR (or equivalent scaling journey).

  • Deep experience leading long, complex enterprise cycles (6–18 months) with multiple stakeholders and procurement layers.

  • Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED).

  • Expert in forecasting, pipeline management and commercial strategy.

  • Career showing impact and progression in a few key environments — not frequent job changes.

  • Based in Central or Western North America, with ability to travel regularly across the region and to the UK.

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
  • The corporate giving, philanthropy or social impact ecosystem.

  • Selling into CSR, HR/People, or Corporate Affairs functions within enterprise.

  • Speaking or moderating at events and industry panels.

  • Building world-class sales teams in fast-growth SaaS environments.

  • Helping companies connect commercial success with genuine social good.
