Lead the partnership strategy and execution at Colibri Real Estate, focusing on B2B2C relationships, partnership programs, and collaboration with internal teams to drive learner acquisition and engagement.

Hi, we’re Jabra Hearing.

We’re on a mission to empower tens of millions of people to hear better through convenient, personalized hearing care — at a fraction of the cost thanks to telemedicine. In three years, we went from a scrappy startup to a leader in the direct-to-consumer hearing care space with the backing of our parent company GN, a global pioneer in intelligent audio solutions, to prove it. We partnered with Jabra (also in the GN Family) to create the Jabra Enhance online hearing business. Leveraging GN's expertise and Jabra's pioneering audio engineering helps us make our hearing care even more accessible and affordable.

About us.

We’re a data-thirsty, outcomes-driven group that cares as deeply about our employees as we do our customers. We’re led by a diverse crew of enormously talented thinkers, creators, and doers who are as collaborative as they are compassionate (and passionate). The team at Jabra Hearing includes actors, sommeliers, top-chefs, dancers, black belts, filmmakers and countless four-legged furry sidekicks.

About the role.

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for the development and execution of the company's revenue growth across B2B partnerships, which currently include customers in the health insurance and retail markets. Reporting into the President and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Partnerships is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, deepening our relationships with existing customers, and enhancing our revenue streams, as well as implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies as the channels scale to ensure the company can achieve sustainable long-term success.

    • Define and implement the company's B2B partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans to drive revenue, while balancing the needs of the overall business

    • Own the P&L for all B2B business.

  • Identify and launch new customers and markets

    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets, including market analysis, partner value proposition, sales strategy, product offering, and validation

    • Operate as a player and coach for business development of new partners; prospect target partners aligned with the strategy; prepare and present compelling proposals, coordinating closely with consumer insider sales and commercial teams from our parent company when leveraging existing relationships

    • Model product offerings and pricing structures, clearly outlining economics for internal stakeholders and partners

    • Lead negotiation and execution of contracts, defining key deal terms with internal Legal and external partners

    • Support new customer launches by working with Project Management, Product, and other internal stakeholders to create scalable deployment processes

  • Grow business with existing customers

    • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with existing partners in the health insurance and retail verticals

    • Drive growth strategies for existing customers, including marketing initiatives, new product introductions, and customer journey improvements, to achieve annual growth targets

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement

    • Lead the annual renewal process, negotiating and finalizing key business terms with existing customers

  • Build and develop a high-performing team and culture

    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and encouraging professional growth.

    • Develop and retain top talent, emphasizing creative problem solving, high accountability, and leadership development

    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus across the company

What you’ll bring.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales

  • Proven track record of success in identifying and implementing new business opportunities, driving operational excellence, and achieving business objectives.

  • Expected travel up to 25%.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Take care of yourself and your loved ones. We offer excellent medical, vision, and dental insurance, plus basic life and disability insurance, and contribute generously to it. Adding a new member to your family? We also provide 12-weeks paid parental leave.

  • Rest and recharge. Whether you check out America’s natural treasures or just relax at home, enjoy your paid time off (employees can accrue up to 20 days of vacation time, approx. 8 days of sick & safe time, and are eligible for up to 10 company holidays annually). We encourage time off.
