About the role:
Contra is looking for a Head of Partnerships to own and scale our partnerships business end-to-end. This role is responsible for building and managing the partnerships revenue engine, from sourcing and closing new partners to expanding and renewing existing relationships.
This is a leadership role with real revenue accountability. While you’ll manage pre- and post-sales partnership teams, you’ll also stay hands-on as an individual contributor. At Contra, leaders build.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage pre- and post-sales partnerships teams
- Own the partnerships revenue pipeline from sourcing through close
- Drive upsell, expansion, and renewals across existing partners
- Lead and participate in key partner sales and renewal calls
- Own partnership pricing, packaging, discounting, and offers
- Build and iterate on discovery, sales, and pitch materials
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline hygiene
- Proactively identify and mitigate partner churn risk
- Own partnership commission structures and payouts
- Build strong partner relationships across calls, Slack, and events
- Track revenue against monthly targets and partner with Finance to exceed goals

Who You Are
- Proven experience owning revenue in partnerships, sales, or strategic accounts, with accountability for real numbers
- Strong operator mindset with the ability to think strategically while staying deep in the details
- Confidence owning pricing, packaging, and negotiations end-to-end
- Relationship-driven with comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- Proven experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or strategic accounts with direct ownership of revenue targets and outcomes
- Experience leading, scaling, or building partnership or revenue-focused teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, including AI-driven tools and the platforms creatives and builders rely on in their workflows

- Fully in person/office (Williamsburg) - 5x per week
Total Comp:
- $200k base
- OTE = $350k+
- Bonus structure based on your team hitting and exceeding targets and retaining partners
