We are hiring a Head of People to build and lead the people function at SuperDial. This role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the company’s talent and organizational strategy.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through performance, engagement, and retention. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to build systems, culture, and infrastructure from the ground up.

About the Role:
  • Own and lead all aspects of the people function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, and employee experience

  • Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, hiring plans, and headcount strategy

  • Build and scale recruiting processes to attract and close high-quality talent across functions

  • Design and implement onboarding programs that set new hires up for success

  • Establish performance frameworks, feedback cycles, and career development pathways

  • Advise managers on team effectiveness, coaching, and employee relations

  • Build compensation and leveling frameworks, including salary bands and equity guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices as the company scales

  • Develop and reinforce company values, culture, and internal communication practices

  • Implement systems and tools to support a growing organization

About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in people, talent, or HR roles, with at least some time in a high-growth startup

  • Experience building or scaling a people function in an early-stage or Series A/B environment

  • Strong recruiting background, with a track record of hiring high-performing teams

  • Ability to operate independently while also serving as a strategic partner to leadership

  • Experience designing performance management, compensation, and organizational frameworks

  • Strong judgment and ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion

  • Clear communicator who can influence and build trust across all levels of the organization

  • Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity

The base salary for this role ranges from $200,000-$250,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
