About Tapstitch & This Role

Tapstitch is a global, AI-powered fashion platform helping SMBs, creators, and entrepreneurs design, produce, and ship apparel at scale. Today, 20,000+ SMBs use Tapstitch to build and grow their own fashion brands, from established companies to creators expanding how they reach their audiences.

With strong product-market fit established, we’re entering our next phase of growth focused on building durable, scalable acquisition engines, particularly in the U.S. market.

This role exists to lead that next phase.

Role Summary

The Head of Performance Marketing (U.S.) will own Tapstitch’s paid acquisition engine and sit at the helm of our U.S. growth strategy. This leader is fully accountable for driving incremental GMV through paid channels while building the systems, team structure, and creative engine required to scale efficiently.

With a primary focus on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, this role will set strategy, lead execution, and continuously optimize performance across media buying, creative testing, and conversion pathways. This is a senior operator role for someone who has built and scaled paid programs before and is ready to own outcomes—not just strategy.

This role will lead Tapstitch’s Performance Pod, acting as both the Paid Social Lead and primary Media Buyer while building and scaling a high-impact growth team. You’ll personally own channel strategy, execution, and budget management across paid social, then hire and develop the supporting pod including a Creative Lead and Landing Page/CRO specialist.

While the Content Studio lives under Brand, you will directly oversee the Creative Lead to ensure performance creative is prioritized, tested, and optimized for conversion. You’ll own the pod’s operating model end-to-end—driving accountability, testing velocity, creative output, and ROI as we scale.

Success in this role will materially influence Tapstitch’s U.S. growth trajectory and long-term revenue engine.
