About Outtake

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers.

The Role

This is a leadership role on our Technical Account Management team. You will help lead a team that owns a large revenue number and a book of enterprise and mid-market accounts with significant upside. Experience expanding big accounts and making a whole team better at it will be essential to the role.

Most of your time will go to the team's accounts, not your own. You'll be in their calls, on their hardest accounts, helping them figure out the right move. You'll keep a small book yourself, kept light on purpose, to stay close to the product and the customers.

This is a role that hardens how the team works. You will coach on both accounts and careers, own the team's expansion and retention numbers, and ensure the playbooks and systems hold up as the book grows.

What You’ll Do
  • Coach the team — on their accounts and their careers

  • Find expansion and help the team close it, owning NDR

  • Steady accounts when they wobble and secure renewals, owning GRR

  • Harden how the team works, ensuring the playbooks and systems hold up as the book grows

  • Keep a small book of strategic accounts, kept light on purpose, to stay close to the product and the customers

  • As the team grows, we expect this role to take on broader ownership over team strategy and the systems that support it

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in TAM, account management, or something close, with reps growing and keeping large enterprise accounts

  • 3+ years leading account teams, with evidence that the people you coached got measurably better at running their accounts

  • A clear sense of how to expand an account — where the room is, who to bring in, when to push — and a track record of teaching someone else to do it

  • Strong coaching instincts, with direct feedback that people trust

  • Hands-on technical skills, including configuring, troubleshooting, and tuning agents yourself, and comfort going deep with a customer's setup

  • Experience carrying a number, with a clear sense of how to spend your time when you can't get to everything

  • Nice to have: fluency with AI tooling in your own workflow, where it actually makes the work better

Life at Outtake
  • Office: For those in NY, we are an in-person team (5 days a week, with flexibility as needed) working out of a stunning waterfront office in Brooklyn. Collaboration, speed, and clarity matter.

  • Health: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees.

  • Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time.

  • Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events.

Outtake is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
