About the Role:
This role will spearhead our efforts in AI LQM product development and prototyping, driving innovation toward new billion-dollar, high-impact LQM software products. This will be accomplished through a series of iterative prototyping experiments according to a clear roadmap that balances technological capabilities with continuous market feedback. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall success of this goal.
What You’ll Do:
- LQM Product Ownership:
- Create and maintain product and technical roadmaps for new LQM products that incorporate technical capabilities, market research, and customer feedback
- Translate AI research and prototypes into scalable, market-ready products and features that are delivered to customers
- Prioritize features and development tasks to optimize team output and meet product timelines
- Build a cross-functional team of AI researchers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI-driven products
- Collaborate with SandboxAQ business units to drive AI innovation and adoption in SandboxAQ products
- Prototyping and Development:
- Establish and maintain a lean startup methodology for prototyping and product development
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and advancements, integrating state-of-the-art techniques into product development efforts
- Drive the filing of patents for novel algorithms, models, and methods developed by the team
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative improvement to accelerate time-to-market
About You:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics or related field
- Strong history of successfully delivering AI SaaS products to enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to drive a rapid prototyping team leading to scalable products
- Strong understanding of current AI technologies and future trends
- History of individual technical contributions on a product development or prototyping team
- Strong understanding of current AI technologies and future trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $250k - $350k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
