Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.

Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market. At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing to own how Noma is positioned in a category that's still being defined. You'll build and lead the product marketing function, run launches on a model you've already proven, and partner directly with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen as the domain expert on messaging and competitive strategy.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Noma platform, from the category narrative down to feature-level proof points.
  • Build and lead the product marketing team, including hiring, structure, and how ownership gets divided across products.
  • Run product launches end to end using a launch model you've run before, from tiering and timeline through post-launch measurement.
  • Define target segments and buyer personas, and keep competitive intelligence current and genuinely usable by the field.
  • Partner with Sales on enablement and mid/bottom-funnel assets that move deals, prioritizing hard when requests outpace capacity.
  • Work with Product to turn customer and market insight into roadmap input rather than after-the-fact packaging.
  • Partner with Demand Gen so campaign messaging and content carry the same story across every channel.
  • Bring your own plan and point of view to the SVP of Marketing rather than waiting to be told what the function should do.

✅ What You Bring

  • 8+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI.
  • Required: experience managing a product marketing team, since this will not be your first time managing.
  • Startup experience at a company that grew fast, with a clear account of what you personally owned during that growth.
  • A repeatable launch model you can describe and defend, not a process you'd need weeks here to invent.
  • Real opinions on how product marketing should be organized, who owns competitive analysis, and how launches get structured.
  • Genuine respect for sales, and a habit of solving field friction instead of escalating it upward.
  • Enough fluency in AI and security concepts to hold your own in a customer conversation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment where you arrive with solutions and a recommendation, not just a problem.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success
