Role Overview

Anagram is a holding company that builds, consults, and invests in the crypto industry. We believe in deploying a combination of human and financial capital to innovate and create value.
We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Head of Marketing to help shape our online presence, branding, and go-to-market strategy for our holding company and its products.

We are builders and operators first and foremost, and are building a variety of products (learn more at https://blog.anagram.xyz/).
You’ll play a pivotal role in introducing our products to the world, and building a strong community, brand and userbase for them. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto trends, user behavior, and the ability to translate complex features into clear, compelling messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Brand: Review, develop, and manage brand identity and strategy for Anagram and the products that it builds

  • Comms: Manage comms for Anagram, as well as for products that Anagram launches

  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products Anagram builds

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, and value propositions for different audiences (e.g., developers, retail users, institutions).

  • Content & Collateral: Take ownership of creating core marketing assets including product explainers, website copy, one-pagers, blog posts, X posts, and presentations.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance of product marketing campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements
  • Diverse and generalist skill set focused on product marketing - with ability to manage broader marketing, comms, and brand

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience ideally at a crypto-native company.

  • Deep understanding of the crypto technology, and ecosystems, with personal or professional experience using crypto-native products. Strong grasp on the unique nature of Product Marketing in the crypto industry.

  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel — from awareness to retention.

  • Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter).

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for detail.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.

  • Ability to work on multiple different products in parallel.

Why Join Anagram?

  • Innovation at the Forefront: Work on a product that is breaking new ground in the crypto/DeFi space, with challenges and opportunities that are truly one-of-a-kind.

  • Comprehensive Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with every layer of the crypto/DeFi stack, from infrastructure to UX.

  • Dynamic Team Environment: Be part of a team that values radical thinking, open-mindedness, and relentless pursuit of excellence in a fun and collaborative environment.
