    (scrappy, high-ownership, fast-learning, collaborative)

What You’ll Do

Product Leadership:

Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Eino’s connectivity digital twin platform.

  • Define the vision for wireless design + wireless monitoring + AI-driven automation in a unified system.
  • Turn complex customer requirements (RF, network performance, monitoring workflows, simulation logic) into intuitive product experiences.

Customer & Market Insight:

  • Engage directly with wireless engineers, enterprise network teams, and operators to understand design and monitoring workflows.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys for:
    • enterprise sales workflows
    • network planning
    • network monitoring
    • network management
    • IoT management
  • Validate concepts and pain points with deep domain empathy.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Write clear PRDs, run prioritization, manage sprints, and ensure high-velocity delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to build and refine features.
  • Partner with the AI/ML team to shape intelligent workflows, agentic automation, and insight generation.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Build product processes from scratch (roadmapping, discovery, launch).
  • Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, executives, and customers.
  • Over time, build and lead a small product team as the company scales.

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of total product experience.
  • Deep expertise in wireless network design and network monitoring.
    Examples:
    • WiFi/Cellular Network Design
    • Network Performance Monitoring
    • Network Optimization
  • Strong experience building deep-tech software products
(AI-driven systems, simulation tools, developer platforms, complex enterprise SaaS, or data-heavy products).
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering on highly technical features.
  • Experience operating in seed/Series A startups with high velocity.
  • Ability to learn new technical domains quickly (geometry, simulation, AI agents, GPU workflows, etc.).
  • Extraordinary ownership, curiosity, and willingness to get your hands dirty.

Bonus points for:

  • CS/CE/EE degree (strongly preferred due to technical depth of product).
  • Past experience as the first PM or first product leader at an early-stage startup.
  • Experience with AI-driven products, agentic workflows, or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with geospatial systems or simulation engines.

On Mindset and Culture Fit - we are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in ambiguity and startup-speed environments
  • Has a bias toward action and rapid iteration
  • Is hungry, ambitious, and deeply curious
  • Treats product like a craft
  • Loves working with top-tier engineers
  • Wants massive ownership and responsibility
  • Cares deeply about building a world-class, technically sophisticated product

Why this role is unique :)

  • You will design and own the entire product direction of a platform at the intersection of wireless, simulation, and AI.
  • You will shape how the next generation of wireless networks are designed and monitored.
  • You’ll work with elite engineering talent on extremely challenging technical problems.
  • You will have direct, outsized impact on customers, revenue, roadmap, and company strategy.
  • This is a foundational, career-defining role.

About Eino:

Eino is building the world’s first Connectivity Digital Twin—a deeply technical platform that models real-world environments and their wireless connectivity layers. Our product combines advanced simulation, wireless design, network monitoring, AI-driven reasoning, and high-performance backend systems.

We are a true deep-tech AI company:
not an LLM wrapper, but a team solving extremely hard physical-world problems with geometry, spatial computation, RF propagation, and intelligent automation.

We are well-funded, have real customers, and a clear path to transforming how wireless networks are designed and monitored for enterprises, operators, and integrators.
