We are hiring a Head of Product who will own product strategy, execution, and customer understanding from day one. This ideal candidate for this role has:
- Strong wireless/RF domain expertise

What You’ll Do
Product Leadership:
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Eino’s connectivity digital twin platform.
- Define the vision for wireless design + wireless monitoring + AI-driven automation in a unified system.
- Turn complex customer requirements (RF, network performance, monitoring workflows, simulation logic) into intuitive product experiences.
Customer & Market Insight:
- Engage directly with wireless engineers, enterprise network teams, and operators to understand design and monitoring workflows.
- Map end-to-end user journeys for:
- enterprise sales workflows
- network planning
- network monitoring
- network management
- IoT management
- Validate concepts and pain points with deep domain empathy.
Execution & Delivery:
- Write clear PRDs, run prioritization, manage sprints, and ensure high-velocity delivery.
- Work closely with engineering leadership to build and refine features.
- Partner with the AI/ML team to shape intelligent workflows, agentic automation, and insight generation.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Build product processes from scratch (roadmapping, discovery, launch).
- Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, executives, and customers.
- Over time, build and lead a small product team as the company scales.
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of total product experience.
- Deep expertise in wireless network design and network monitoring.
Examples:- WiFi/Cellular Network Design
- Network Performance Monitoring
- Network Optimization
- Strong experience building deep-tech software products
(AI-driven systems, simulation tools, developer platforms, complex enterprise SaaS, or data-heavy products). - Proven ability to work closely with engineering on highly technical features.
- Experience operating in seed/Series A startups with high velocity.
- Ability to learn new technical domains quickly (geometry, simulation, AI agents, GPU workflows, etc.).
- Extraordinary ownership, curiosity, and willingness to get your hands dirty.
Bonus points for:
- CS/CE/EE degree (strongly preferred due to technical depth of product).
- Past experience as the first PM or first product leader at an early-stage startup.
- Experience with AI-driven products, agentic workflows, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with geospatial systems or simulation engines.
