We are looking for dynamic and results-driven CU PFA Heads to lead the finance and project execution for specific customer units. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, ensure the flawless execution of customer business operations in SAP ONE, and align with Ericsson's Process and Accounting Directives. As a CU PFA Head, you will report directly to the MA PFA Head - MACS, playing a crucial leadership role in driving financial strategies, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do- Drive the financial strategy and operational excellence for your assigned Customer Unit, ensuring full alignment with Ericsson's global processes and directives.- Lead the execution of customer business operations in SAP ONE with a focus on compliance, quality, and efficiency.- Serve as the financial focal point for the O2C process, ensuring adherence to SOX IFRS15 compliance.- Oversee and implement transformation programs aimed at enhancing digitalization and simplifying processes within your Customer Unit.- Maintain and enhance ABC controls, driving and implementing improvement plans whenever necessary.- Act as the trusted financial bridge between your Customer Unit, key stakeholders, and the MA PFA Head - MACS, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared success.- Collaborate closely with the Global PFA's(former GOC), fostering teamwork for seamless integration of global strategies at the local level.- Ensure data integrity in all operations and provide support for FAS Execution.- Lead team competence development in both technical and soft skills, nurturing growth and professional excellence.- Secure proper use of PFA tools and support the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
