  • Oversee major commercial negotiations and provide strategic guidance on high-impact deals

Executive Relationship Oversight

  • Support the team in building and maintaining strong C-suite relationships with top publisher partners

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement across the publisher portfolio

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to align global supply strategy with client demand and product innovation
  • Advocate for publisher needs internally, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product and commercial decisions

  • Represent Teads as a senior leader at industry events and conferences
  • Position the team—and Teads—as a trusted partner within the publisher ecosystem

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or publishing, with deep expertise on the supply side
  • Currently managing a team or recent  experience managing a team
  • Strong background in ad tech, ideally within an SSP environment
  • Comfortable with sales best practices and ability to upsell
