About the job

This is a hands-on, foundational role supporting an expanding go-to-market function. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.

If you thrive in environments where you can create structure, improve workflows, and help teams move faster with clarity — this role is for you.

Highlights:
  • Well-capitalized with strong long-term backing and high-profile VCs

  • High-growth tech company expanding rapidly

  • Recognized as a fast-scaling innovator in its sector

  • Experienced founders and leadership team with deep industry expertise

  • Early enough to have real ownership, established enough to scale with confidence

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that works directly with the Founders and GTM leaders to create systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.

  • Report to the VP of Revenue

  • Build RevOps strategy across the full funnel: marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success

  • Map, design, and optimize GTM workflows to improve conversion, handoffs, and customer experience

  • Build, own, and implement plan to continuously grow and accelerate conversion rates across each step of funnel

  • Own, manage, and proactively update growth forecast model (including leadership team updates)

  • Leverage competitive intelligence to improve conversion rates, forecasting, analyses, and broader rev ops strategy

  • Own the evaluation, implementation, and management of RevOps tools (CRM, automation, analytics, enablement)

  • Ensure data integrity and create a single source of truth for GTM metrics

  • Build dashboards, reporting, and insights that drive decisions and highlight opportunities

  • Monitor funnel performance, pipeline health, and revenue KPIs — and recommend improvements

  • Build the operational backbone for onboarding, training, and GTM playbooks

  • Support reps and CS with workflows, automation, and clear processes that reduce friction

  • Provide actionable insights to Sales, CS, and Marketing

About You:

You’re someone who can build a RevOps foundation from the ground up — and you thrive on bringing clarity, structure, and efficiency to fast-moving teams. You’ll work across everything from day-to-day operations to strategic planning, always with a builder’s mindset: simplify, streamline, execute.

  • 3+ years of experience, including 1–2 years in management consulting or 1–2 years in Business Operations/Strategy at a high-growth startup

  • Experience as a solo RevOps operator — comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and go-to-market tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy

  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models, customer journey, and pipeline management

  • Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority

  • You’re passionate about leading projects and working cross-functionally, with experience in operational and analytical work

The Extras that Matter:
  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Paid parental leave

  • Flexible time-off policy with encouragement to recharge

  • Annual learning and development budget

  • Regular team off-sites and connection opportunities

  • Modern equipment and home office support

  • Additional perks based on location and role
