About The Role 

The Head of Sales USA is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Partner Development Managers to achieve ambitious revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on partner acquisition, pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance across the US market.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers across the US.
  • Drive the execution of the US sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build, grow, and enable strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents.
  • Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
  • Define, track, and improve team KPIs and sales performance.
  • Develop regional revenue plans and partner business plans to drive sustainable growth.
  • Implement sales best practices and methodologies to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to achieve business objectives.
  • Traveling regularly for business needs

💵 Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between $180K and $225K gross per year, including base salary and commissions. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
