Crystalia Glass is seeking an experienced, high-energy, and strategic Head of Sales to spearhead sustainable revenue growth and expand our market presence in the U.S.

We are looking for a growth-oriented builder rather than a maintainer—a commercial leader with a proven track record of driving business expansion, developing new market segments, scaling operations, implementing strict CRM discipline, and winning complex, high-ticket sales cycles.

The ideal candidate comes from physical, custom, or manufactured product industries with long sales cycles and deep familiarity with the U.S. construction ecosystem, including commercial construction, Union environments, and public-sector bidding.

Responsibilities:

Business Scaling & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on building and expanding the business, capturing new market opportunities.

Core Market Focus: Drive high-ticket revenue growth with a primary focus on B2B clients, and dealer networks, commercial BID projects and Union projects (Secondary focus: B2C and B2G).

Team Leadership & Structure: Architect, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams. Manage sales managers, fostering a culture of accountability, high engagement, and professional growth.

Operational Excellence & Analytics: Establish and enforce strict CRM discipline (we use HubSpot). Build, monitor, and analyze sales reports to optimize the sales funnel.

End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, strictly controlling and optimizing critical metrics, including:

  • Pipeline & Forecast Accuracy
  • Conversion Rates & Sales Cycle / Lead Response Time
  • Discounting & Margin Control
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) / Cost of Sales
  • Performance by Team / by Channel
  • Quote / Estimate Process

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing (experience in marketing is a strong plus), project managers, and estimating teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate quoting, and high client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience: 7-10+ years of total experience in sales.

  • 3–5+ years in a sales leadership role (managing teams and other managers).
  • Proven experience managing sales volumes of $75M+.

Industry Background: Strong background in any one of the following areas: custom construction, architectural products, building materials, windows & doors, commercial interiors, remodeling, millwork, cabinetry, stone, flooring, manufacturing, or installation.

Sales Profile: Expert knowledge in B2B sales, dealer networks, and tenders/bidding processes (primary focus). Experience with B2C and government contracts is a plus.

Product Type: Proven track record in physical, custom, or high-ticket products with a long sales cycle, involving manufacturing and/or installation.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Data-driven mindset with advanced experience in CRM management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Unrivaled negotiation, strategic planning, and margin control skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.
  • On-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Complete ownership of the sales strategy and a chance to lead business expansion in a fast-growing U.S. company.
  • Opportunity to make a tangible, high-impact contribution to the business.
