Description of the Team
The Supply Chain Analytics team sits at the center of CoreWeave’s large-scale data center infrastructure programs, partnering closely with Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Finance, and Engineering. The team is responsible for transforming complex, multi-tier supply chain data into insights that drive capital planning, supplier strategy, inventory positioning, and execution across GPU platforms, servers, networking, optics, power, and cooling.
About the Role
The Head of Supply Chain Analytics owns the data, insights, and decision frameworks that power CoreWeave’s end-to-end supply chain. In this role, you will translate complex datasets into actionable intelligence that informs buy-forward decisions, capacity allocation, inventory strategy, and executive trade-offs. You will build and scale a high-impact analytics organization, establish a robust analytics architecture, and elevate the company from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision-making. This role operates at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and engineering and directly influences critical infrastructure investments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or supply chain strategy
Direct experience supporting data center, server, semiconductor, or advanced hardware supply chains
Proven track record of building and scaling analytics functions that influence capital allocation and sourcing decisions
Deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning concepts
Strong understanding of multi-tier BOM structures and constrained supply environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools
Experience integrating external supplier, market, or logistics data into planning and analytics models
Experience supporting hyper-scale or high-growth infrastructure environments
Exposure to DCIM, PLM, or logistics systems
Background developing predictive or prescriptive analytics for inventory optimization, capacity planning, or supplier risk management

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
